im to lazy to wait for the video to load, but from what ive seen, it looks amazing. the only game i want on 360. i was thinking of getting a 360 for this game but then i heard ff killzone 2 and gow3 were dated so i decided otehrwise.

 The R2 teaser trailer showed some really detailed looking graphics, but we will have to wait until June 13th for the gameplay in HD, as I cannot find any good quality versions of the mp shown at PlayStation day

Yeah another Xbox 360 game with PS3 fanboys crapping all over it with comparison to games like KZ2 and FF that yet to have any real release date and only trailer showing.

 Can't you guys give this a fucking rest?  The title of this discussion said Gears of War 2 Gameplay.  Not Gears of War 2 VS OMG Super-Cell Powered Kill Zone 2 or Gears of Wars 2 VS 30 secs trailers from super-awesome blu-ray-rific 4D FF13!!.  

Some of you PS3 fanboys never even play Gear and yet seems to have a lot of insight that this is just a Gear 1 "minor" upgrade.

You missed it Mystic, but the comparisons were not started by a Sony fanboy as you seem to presume. They were started by a now permabanned 360 fanboy called Ultimate Fighter. After Fighter brought it up then people started comparing, not before. This is not to say that comparisons would not have been brought out without him, but that Sony fans are not the ones who started this one so this is not the best thread to prove how evil Sony fanboys are.

I do believe this game will sell a lot of consoles.
Microsoft should advertise the crap out of this game. They might need to drop the price as well, but not necessary.

How many of you saw it through 360 on your T.V.? If you did, then you'll see that the game looks much much better than Gears of War.

i watched this video on my 360 on a 42" Samsung, i have it hooked to my 360 as a monitor it looks amazing much better than the first one, it makes my other games look like crap

Are we like 5 or something ?... he started it , no he did ... jeebus.   I don't know what other 360 fanboys do in PS3 only game treads may be because I don't click and response in topic that have no interest to me but I am sure seeing a lot of PS3 "trolls" force in here touting the superiority of their games.

For me not being a huge fan of Gear 1, the trailers definitely got me excited about Gear 2.  The graphic look nice but the gameplay look to be way better than the first one.   

only fanboys would say it looks the same as gears of war 1. Much improved, specially in terms of lighting.

In terms of graphic wars. Give it a danm rest, it all comes down to opinions so everyone should just shut up.

That and comparing trailers to gameplay is utter crap for those who are argueing for FF 13 etc.

I'm going to have to agree with MysticD. I'm tired of both sides comparing it. So, let's move on. ON TOPIC, concerning gameplay, has there been any information released concerning the length of the single player/co-op campaign? Gears 1 was kind of short so I'd like to see 12-15 hours minimum. COD4 was ridiculously short and if they pull that stunt, I won't be buying it. If it has to come on a library of media so large it requires cataloging by the dewey decimal system, fine. I would like a real, immersive, strong story game. I don't do online so I don't care.
