jeese, for 5 bucks you can't get much of anything good. I might be able to find some blue moon for 5 bucks and that's alright. But otherwise it's just watered down american beer.

I'd buy 1 bottle of beer, drink it then break it then use it to threaten someone in a dark alley to give me all their money and then use that to buy a lot more beer.

Make sure you find someone weaker than you to do this to. Also wear glasses in case they have pepper spray or something.

But do not, under any circumstances try to rob the actual liquor store with only a broken beer bottle.

Beers (500ml) here can be bought for between 1.5-2.0 RMB. Currently about 7.5 RMB to the dollar. One of the perks of living in a developing country;)
