Forums - Website Topics - top 5 albums of all time

Around the Network

Physical Graffiti - Led Zeppelin (This was them at their peak).
Abbey Road - The Beatles (Their last album, it was recorded after Let It Be, was their best)
Dark Side of the Moon - Pink Floyd (I Never get sick of this album, unlike The Wall)
Nevermind - Nirvana (Knocked Michael Jackson from the No. 1 album spot forever)
American Beauty - The Grateful Dead (Most of my favorite songs of theirs)

Is anyone here a fan of the the pre-darkside/post Syd Barrett Floyd? Only true fans can say yes.

You mean like Animals and shit like that? Pretty bad.

You know music exsisted before 1995 right???

I enjoy metallica albums, but they are not in my top 5. Master of Puppets and Ride the Lightning are their best albums in my opinion. Black Album is great but their first ones are the best.

1) Station to Station by Bowie (1976)
2) 1. Outside by Bowie (1995)
3) The Lamb Lies Down on Broadway by Genesis (1974)
4) The Commercial Album by the Residents (1980)
5) Black Celebration by Depeche Mode (1986)

That's it right this second anyway.  It morphs all the time and it's really hard to stop at 5.

Ones I can name off the top of my head:

American Idiot- Green Day
All Killer No Filler- Sum 41

Have to love punk rock of course. But there's a few classic rock albums I love but can't remember the names so yea.
