So if in the UK it increases by 127% (from our data) it means that the PS3 sold 52k in the UK alone, that should result in hardware sales in Europe close to 185k, taking into account the boost from GTA is going to be greater in the UK. 360 sales went up 125% so that would mean sales of 49.5k in the UK, which will probably lead to around 150k in Europe

For SW, GTA IV sold 413k on PS3 and 514k on 360, this means that there were (using the same ratio as launch figures) which should mean sales of around 2.7m for the first week and assuming the same ratio as launch, 1.5m should be on PS3 and 1.2m on 360.

This would mean that GTA IV week sales could be (from US + others):
PS3 360
HW 330k 270k
SW 2.9m 3.5m

So total 1st week sales for GTA will be around 6.4m, please point out any flaws in this, as I am sure there is some problem somewhere
