I don't see the big problem to be honest. I've not been banned but I've managed to parttake in some pretty serious discussions none the less.
And I don't think the mods "have it in for" a specific group (like many have implied in this very thread), I do think they tire of the same old shit from the same old users though.
It is true that some mods clearly take sides in some debates and reveal their preferrerences, but they are also members aside from mods and should be allowed to express opinions on the same basis as us others, given that it is kept within bounds and handled maturely.
The way I see it, there are precious few bans that are unjust, uncalled for or plain unnecessary, if any.

They banned Kirby007... And his new usernames... :'(... The mod who did that shall feel my wrath XD...

Let me ask you something.. when will Kirby and Weezy be unbanned and given another chance like Leo-J? or even Kwaad?? Would they of been unbanned by now if they where PS3 fanboys??


 dup accounts are banned, always perma-banned. Leo-j never had a previous perma-ban. I have no idea wtf your talking about. There is a major idfference between a 45-day ban and perma-ban. All I know is if Leo gets unbanned I'm rebanning him.

As for Kwaad, I have no idea whats up with his ban. His unbanning must have either been a timed release, head mod decision, or ioi unbanned him. I had nothing to do with it.

The only thing I'm afraid of is saying something and just randomly getting banned. As long as I get a warning or something, I'd have no complaints. However, getting knocked off the board, without being able to at least try to defend/prepare oneself is a bit much.
