I know a few people that bought a 360 for GTAIV. Mainly because I told them how much cheaper it was compared to getting a PS3 and the game.

NPD reports NA so I would assume that is what he meant....

And on topic.  I had 1 friend who bought a 360.  It wasn't for GTA alone but for both Rock Band and GTAIV.  He sold both his PS2 and Wii for the system.

Any store in plymouth UK at he mo could have got PS3 and GTA4, but 360 (arcade in particular) was sold out in 8/10 stores I tried.
