You can read about it on my wall. It was for my last post in this topic:

We'll just agree to disagree, then. I've spent a decent amount of time on the review, so I'm gonna stand by it, but only as an opinion piece, and anything that seems like it might be condecending or trying to state an opinion as a fact, I assure you was not meant to be the case. This review was written to give people who had the same opinion of the previous GTA games as myself(hated them) a real and unbiased review of GTAIV, without the hype, that's why I played the game to begin with.
I feel a lot of reviewers gave this game a perfect score, because they gave the previous games 9.5's and such, yet this game is far and away better than the previous games, so they thought giving this game a 9.5 as well would be hypocritical. It came down to poor planning.
I would have a tough time giving San Andreas over a 7.5, just to give stark contrast to my 9.5 review of GTAIV.
What I felt was missing from VC's story, which I alluded to in my review, was the comic relief, or sense of consistant comic timing and beyond that emotional involvment in the story. I also felt VC was trying a little to hard too be Scarface.
That said, Ray Liotta is still a fantastic actor and brought a great character to Vice City, no doubt. I just feel that the overall pacing and script of the storyline, as well as the much worse(imo) directing, left the story of VC and San Andreas flat, and unremakable, which was only compounded by tediously difficulty gameplay which threw the pacing off even more.
IMO, GTAIV fixed a lot of that.
