Atleast when it comes to consumer purchasing behaviors.
There are plenty of people who vastly perfer human shooters, and plenty that perfer sci-fi shooters.
How many people... including huge FPS fans groan when another WW2 shooter is released? When COD5 was revealed to be going back to WW2 everyone was pissed it wasn't going to stay modern warfare like COD4.

I doubt people who doesn't like the idea of CoD5 was purely because it was "shooting human", After all CoD4 forces you do shoot human too and people embraced it. |
You miss the point again.
They groaned because it was a WW2 shooter... something which is seen as vastly overdone. People were more happy with the "Modern Warfare" setting because they were sick of the WW2 setting that every human based shooter seemed to use. Had CoD4 had the same gameplay, but was set in WW2 i believe if would of sold less.
Just how a girl, might just get sick of raising different types or dogs, or might not like dogs, and instead want to try their hand at raising a baby.
Or how someone might rather try racing jetskis instead of cars.
Had Imagine babyz been. "Imagine Dogz" it likely would of been crushed by Nintendogs and not been a hit.
