Coincidentally, when I went into work today (5 pm) we had two Wiis in stock. We didn't sell either all night. I was quite surprised.

I'm sure they'll go very quickly tomorrow morning, though.  Console sales are usually quite slow on Firday nights, after all.

Tbh, the fact that we had them in stock at all leads me to believe that this will be a very strong week for the wii, especially considering it's the second week of MK.

Wow, this feels weird. I had been looking forward to participating in a leo-j thread (that lie and subsequent banning was epic, BTW), but now I get here, and he's been permabanned... Oh well, it was a long time coming, and I'm glad I caught the tail end of the story just the same.

Amazingly I found a used Wii in my gamestop Today. "Only" $229.

Oh by the way - Australia (Victoria) my area anyway, Wii keeps selling out and there are signs constantly up saying either, 'Wii's on order' or 'Wii's in stock, hurry while they last', So it's not just america, but the SE suburbes of Victoria Australia too.

That was back in January, I think.  Leo lost a ban bet, but before a mod carried out the banning, he claimed that he had a Wii on the gaming forum.  He was immediately unbanned so he could provide evidence, but failed to come up with a legitimate friend code.  Not only that, but it was revealed that he had enlisted the help of somebody else banned from these forums for the picture of the Wii he provided.  Ultimately, his ban was increased to 45 days, after he snapped like the suspects in Phoenix Wright always do.

That is not pink, sir. It's a lightish red This thread was epic, but not as epic as the spam threads on the Serebii Forum I'm on. Like, "do you masturbate? keep it G rated!!!" in the general Pokemon discussion. Like we're gonna whack off to Pikachu lmao

OT: I saw some Wiis at the mall the other night. Several people were walking out of the Game Stop with them in their hands (the boxes, that is).
