I hope this fails miserably. As many people have already stated, this game out for the GC which is is compatible with the Wii. This makes no sense whatsoever. Even with updated graphics and new controls DOESN'T make this a new/different game.

Generation 8 Predictions so far.....(as of 9/2013)

Console that will sell most: Nintendo Wii U

Who will sell more consoles between Microsoft/SONY: SONY

that's inconsequential  Resident Evil's have never had Japanese language dubs, they've always been natively in English,  so there is no Japanese voice track to use in the trailer

Quick and dirty is what this is. I try to keep faith in Capcom's ability to utilize the Wii's strengths but I just don't see how this can work.

Is this the exact same trailer and V/O work from the GC release?  If not, why do a new English track for a game that won't have any English?

Or are you trying to say the actual games themselves even in Japan used English V/O's?

Gotcha.

Kinda odd. You'd think they'd sell better in Japan if they were in Japanese.

So the reward for Wii owners buying RE4 port is...another port...of a game that's only on GC (right?).

Meanwhile, RE5 never on Wii. This is what third party support on Wii means.

That video does look nice for Wii, though. I think it's better than RE4.
