I predict gamespot will give GTAIV a 9.7

Impressive scores. Do you guys think it might depose the top-rated game of all time? Or will some last second spoiler come and ruin everything?

I'm glad they were able to add the Multiplayer aspect to GTA4

Getting a taste of 'Territories', and 'Co-Op' in San Andreas really got me thinking about how killer GTA4 would be with Multiplayer abilities...

I think this is the beginning of the GTA franchise really getting good... With a little taste of Multiplayer, think of all the things they will learn both good & bad from it...until we see the next GTA with even more Multiplayer features

Perhaps they would even branch off like Unreal did with Unreal & Unreal Tournament (Single Player for Unreal, and Multiplayer with Unreal TOurnament)

Don't get me wrong, I sincerely hope that this game is worthy of the hype and then some (seeing as I have the SE pre-ordered). However, the gaming media seems to just love getting over-hyped for games recently and having it affect their review scores. For example: Halo 3. That games was so ridiculously hyped that it was impossible to live up to expectations, yet all of the early reviews were 9.5+ with lots of 10s.

I'm not trying to judge the games here, just saying that I'm going to ignore the press and play the game. (3 DAYS + 2 hours!)

Actually, Gamespot review games by .5, so they won't give it a 9.7.

What a shame that OXM is actually pulling it down, they give 10s like candy but decide to hold out on GTA???

 They gave gears of war a 9.6...

In that case, i predict Gamespot will give GTA a 9.5. Im 90% sure of this.
