Here are mine:
I was just playing this game alternately with my girlfriend for a couple of hours (after digesting my dinner while playing Mario Kart). I think it's great so far, and just what I needed to motivate myself for some exercise. The presentation value of the game is very good, and it encourages you to do the exercises. I found that I gained a few kgs which I didn't know about yet, although my BMI is still in the good range (184 cm, 81 kg, BMI almost 24), so I'll be using this game to lose some weight, while trying to improve my mediocre balance and strength.
It made me feel good to play this game. For once, I was using a console for something focused on me, which makes it a unique experience. I think it will help my shape, as well as my well-being, as your psychological state is closely tied to your physical shape.
If you don't already have a regular exercise program and you don't have the time or patience to regularly leave your home to go for one, do buy this game. It's not one of cheapest games around, but it seems to be money well spent. It feels like I gave myself a present by buying this. In hindsight, if I didn't have the money to buy it, I should have sold one of my least played games to help finance it, but fortunately money wasn't a problem for me.
PS: Someone mentioned that the game looks ugly, but I think it looks perfect for its purpose. The simple graphics help you focus on the movements shown on the screen, instead of "wow, look at the thousands of polygons on that ass"... That goes for the exercises focused on imitating movements, in the games section the graphics are akin to Wii Sports's.
