lol, i take i you haven't actually read the article then? where in the link provided by that article, does it even talk about installs? the article just pulled it out of thin air.

 don't make me laugh, this article proves nothing considering that no reviewer has actually mentioned the 360 having install times.

Thus Microsofts HD problem

Not everyone has the arcade.

So you must use that as the common denominator.

If HD was required, they could talk about the download, but it isn't, so they can't say that.

Then Arcade owners would be pissed.

This could really sway a lot of dual console owners to the PS3 version. Although I had always planned on getting it on PS3, despite the DLC.

All I have to say is... wait until the GTA4 Bundle to hit in Others and Japan... and we will see who is going to benefit the most.
