At release yes. However Alan Wake if its releases this year could take it. That game looked amazing last year on the ingame footage.

Either Final Fantasy XIII or GT 5 will be the best looking game this generation. If not some great game towards the end of the generation.

It stands a really good chance. I reckon that there will be better looking games within the next couple of years though.

True or not, you'll have a hard time getting a Sony fan to concede that point, even if the comparision videos deliver a glaringly obvious verdict.

Resistance 2 and Gears of War 2 will both look great. However I would give the edge to Resistance 2, but we have not seen the finished product of either game yet. Wait until November/December and the winner will be revealed

the answer is obviously no.

The fake Gears of War screenshots were the lifeline latched on to when the 360 was getting ridiculed for its first year lineup's horrendously bad graphics. Almost everyone has seen how bad Gears of War actually looks like and other Unreal Engine 3 games - no one is falling for Epic's BS a second time.
