I wish I could but YLOD took my PS3 (60 and 80gb).
I traded in my old fat PS3, along with a PS4 and a PS4 Pro, for a PS5 Pro. They were just taking up space in my closet at this point.
They served me well in their time, and I hope they will find a new home with some nice collectors or retro people.
I got a XB1 a couple of years ago, but I don't have a lot of games for it yet. But I no longer have a PS3 and PS4. My plan is to get as many of these PS games on either an XBox or Switch instead. Almost all of the games I'm interested in will play on one system or the other.
curl-6 bet me that PS5 + X|S sales would reach 56m before year end 2023 and he was right.
My Bet With curl-6

Mine is too but mainly to play PS1 games, easist place to play and test as my PS1 and PS2 are stored right now. But I have recently due to various reasons bought Spec Ops The Line and Remember Me, so might give those another go.
Hmm, pie.
Great platform, great exclusives, slowest UI for a dedicated home console in history lol

Import EX Troopers. Really fun arcadey TPS. Despite being all Japanese it's mega easy to figure out. Spinoff of Lost Planet but plays different. No time limit. One of my fave PS3 games.

I tried once and it was unbearable how long UI + store load times were. Never again

I still have my PS3 in my living room, and I still frequently play games on it. Last time I played on it was in October last year, after which I've been busy with other games, but I'm sure I'll get back to it eventually - I still have enough backlog on it to keep it around, probably for years. I wish I could get rid of it already, because it's only getting less relevant and it takes up valuable space, but gotta finish that PS3 backlog first!

Spec Ops is excellent; I also picked up Remember Me recently, but for 360. Haven't had the chance to play it yet as my backlog is ridiculous.

Yeah I'm taken aback by just how slow it is as I don't remember it being quite this bad. It's a weird feeling too to visit a storefront that feels so old and like it's long since been abandoned, kinda like visiting an old shopping center/mall that's been closed down and left to rot, or like a time capsule back to the early 2000s before the convenience we expect from such things today.
