(!!!) Maybe I’m biased, having replayed this games at least a dozen times since I was 2yo, but this is a very good answer! SFA is one of my all-times favorite games. It’s a shame that people have rejected the game for being a Star-Fox-game-in-name-only.

I liked it and they could have evolved it more space and land missions. I know star fox assault tried to do that, but it wasn't as visual or story wise pleasing. Missed opportunity there.

My thoughts exactly. If anything the game should have been more like Star Fox Assault before Assault.

Around the Network

Famicom Detective Club games
Eternal Darkness
Another Code / Trace Memory
Advance Wars
Tokyo Mirage Sessions
Fire Emblem Echoes

Mario Strikers Charged

Such a fun arcade style soccer game that my bro and I still play to this day. It's a fantastic game, one of my favorites of all time. Battle League just didn't hit the same unfortunately.

"If new things are so great, where have they been the whole time?"

Only 1 mention here of Kid Icarus Uprising proves its underrated and forgotten. The story, the music, the packed extra content makes it a Sakurai masterpeice. Yes controls were bad but you could get used to it.

I think Kid Icarus on switch might make it into a much bigger IP for nintendo. Problem is there doesn't seem to be anyone wanting to make KI on nintendos side....

On Astral Chain it's not really a forgotten title being a recent new IP plus they were considering plans to make the game a trilogy so it's a bit early to say it's forgotten, Nintendo's own staff co-developed it with PG most likely to help nurture an in house studio who can develop such titles.
