Trump is as cunnning as a mofo for thinking that relabeling the payment will give him the public and Congress’s blessing. I really hate people like this who operate like cunning sociopaths and get away with it.

Isn’t this “handing Iran a palette of cash” as they so often accused Mr. Obama of doing?

This whole thing was amateur hour at the DoD.
