I'm sure that he is right now.  Encroaching dementia whilst simultaneously having all eyes on himself and having such high expectations placed on him is probably causing a lot of stress for trump.  Sooner or later the symptoms will progress and he'll be unable to speak.  But he'll be an asshole to his nurses and nobody will want to deal with that.  Dementia makes narcissism worse and he'll only suffer at some point because of it.   

It's also fine imho to have schaudefraude for evil people.  Trump can go to hell and deserves every health problem that comes his way and more.  But he'll have plenty more problems soon.

In most of the industrial world, Trump's approval rating would probably be in the single digits. I think it's going to get into the 20s. Don't know how Trump still hasn't reached the all-time lows of Truman at 22% and George W. Bush at 25%.

Does it matter who called who what?

What matters is what's happening right now. Look beyond Democrats vs Republicans. There are humans and 'Nazis' on both sides. The artificial divide is what makes current events possible.

The guy is a fucking psychopath!
The people of Greenland and Denmark have been out protesting against a hostile takeover. Now the cockroach puts tariffs on all the countries that are opposed to US acquiring Greenland.
He was verbally attacking Denmark for not defending it well enough, then Denmark and some allies send troops there to show they can defend it, then that is also a problem. Just shows the PoS was again just lying all along.

Malignant narcissism is basically narcissism + psychopathy existing simultaneously,  they want everybody to be scared all of the time with the latest drama which they get their laughs over in private.

He's saying he needs it to defend the USA from Russia/China but in reality he means he needs it so that USA is a bigger threat to everyone else (and for the resources obviously)

He doesn't want to protect the USA from enemies, he wants to be the enemy everyone else is bowing down to or they will be next. 

That's at least how it feels for billions on this planet now and it doesn't seem as if US Americans will do enough to stop it. Holding some signs in the air in front of the White House is nice but that won't change anything. And if that wouldn't be enough, he also wants to be the enemy for many in USA if they aren't part of his vision.
