Just wondering if any indie game developer frequent this site. If they do what game have you worked on or are currently working on(if you can say). When I was in high school me and a group of friends tried to make an rpg game in rpgmaker back in 05. Had a demo up and running too. We were convinced we were going to start our own studio. Of course none of us ended up in anything close to game development in the end haha.

Even if you aren't an official game developer have you ever tried to make a game.

I worked on some smaller projects using Unity as a student. I've dabble into game dev a bit after that too but I spend too much time gaming to be able to properly focus on creating stuff. I also had some attempts with GameMaker as a child, but it was way too advanced for me at the time.

I've also worked on some game levels/maps in the past, but nothing's ever got released. It was mostly Wolfenstein 3D and Wolfenstein: Enemy Territory. Good times. For a game like Wolfenstein 3D, I've got to say it's quite easy to create quality levels, so it's kind of rewarding even if you never get anything released.
