I always dreamt of a 3rd Galaxy game being called Super Mario Galaxy 3D. It would’ve been so good.

I actually bought my switch lite specifically so I can play Galaxy on the go. It might just be my favorite game of all time.

That would have been cool, I guess a reluctance for the old style of paper mario games would be the only reason why they wouldn’t have done that. But it would fit with the theme of redoing 64 games on the system.

That reminds me, they should’ve continued the 3D classics line too. Do you remember the E3 reel of classic games in 3D? 

I don't remember the reel, but how many classics were there? 6? They could have made more of them

More N64 remakes. We got quite a few on the 3DS, but it would have been nice to see Paper Mario, Donkey Kong 64, Super Mario 64, F Zero X, Resident Evil 2, etc. Imagine these games in 3D. Also, Perfect Dark and Banjo. Microsoft put games on the DS, so I see no reason they couldn't for the 3DS.

And speaking of games that SHOULD have come to the 3DS. Why was there no GBA and DS Virtual Console? There were already 10 GBA games on the 3DS just not purchasable, and why not put DS games on the 3DS eshop like how they did Wii games on Wii U eshop?
Speaking of Virtual Console the only 3rd party system on there was the Game Gear. Why not work with Sega to do also Genesis? I know they had the 3D classics, but they didn't use nearly the amount of games available. Also, why not work with other companies? Get Atari games, SNK NEO GEO and Pocket Color games, Konami TurboGrafix 16 games, etc. That was one of the best parts of the Wii Store having not just the Nintendo systems, but other systems on there. This is something I also want done on Switch Online.

Unfortunately for the Switch online aspect, that at this time, so many companies rerelease their own games now, back then, you’d be lucky to get a compilation of titles. I’m in total agreement, I wish they would’ve done more with the 64 remakes on there. Crazy cause of how good the ones we got on there were.

I would guess the Virtual Console sales didn't warrant for 3DS remakes/ports.
