Damn it... missed 3rd by 125 points. Attempts to complete COD4 on Veteran today to catch MrMarc were futile. A lonely 4th place finish.

Haha, thanks man, honestly I'm completely surprised, I didn't think I'd have a chance considering there's alot of you guys hitting nearly 1000 points a week, what would I do in the space of a month! I've been trying this week to get through Tomb Raider Legend, I've started playing it from the hardest difficulty (it's easy tbh!) and there's at least 700 points to get through playing that on a first run, I suppose that might show up next week though! :) I'm working on PGR3 now in hopes I can get even close to matching what I've done on 4.

But yaaaaay a medal, I'm chuffed with that! :)

Congrats on your first medal, MrMarc. I might've caught you except getting to the LZ during Heat in COD4 on veteran can be frustrating. I had to stop trying or I would've broken a controller. I'll be in contention next week for sure. I just bought Enchanted Arms (simply beat the game and get 1000 gs) and Blue Dragon (1000 gs should take awhile).

We could. It has a simulataneous release (NA=7/7, EU=4/7) and the achievements dont look easy. Anyone else hitting Unreal Tournament this month besides SleepWaking?

Man I hated what Veteran did near the end. Getting through the entire game not even messing with the lower difficulties, well on the way to 1,000 points and BAM stupid missle silo part that is literally 20 gameplay minutes away from the end. Must have tried it 40 times. I was going to break the controller too so instead I just beat it on normal and traded it in. Always kinda hated having done that.

I couldn't do a 1,000 in Blue Dragon either. Leveling up that much just involves already having crushed everything in the game and still play it for hours and hours maxing jobs and level. I just didn't see the point.
