eNamrah, dammit, I was stupid and sold the first few I got. Now I'm saving them... It's good to know you can still finish that quest having wasted a few. The grind to 20 must get a lot harder because I'm level 17 I think and I still have 5 or 6 side quests and 2 or 3 more main quests to finish. Either way, I'll completely accept not getting 1000 so soon because I waited FOREVER to get Fable 2 and Fallout 3 and honestly thought I would be playing both until sometime next year. Then I maxed Fable so soon... kinda want Fallout to last longer. That's why I don't mind playing through it again with another character. Right now I'm at 30 hours though.

Eagles, just picked up Gears 2 but I'm probably gonna take a quick nap before I play it. That way it's late enough in the day to start drinking whiskey when I start the game! lol. I would love to do some co-op with you guys though.

I hope I can link my Gears webstats to a gamercard or however you call that (just like Halo). My overall Kill/Death Ratio = 7.60 now. And until now I've lost only one match.

I like Gears 2 alright but so far nothing makes it stand out from the first cept for prettier graphics... I still found myself switching back to Fallout after a few hours of play.

There's already 29 people in the league who got Gears of War 2. It passed Fallout 3 in one day and by tomorrow it looks like it'll be past Fable 2 which has 40 people.

Will this be the game that breaks the all time record for owners in the league? Call of Duty 4 = 76 GTA IV = 75 Gears of War = 85 Halo 3 = 91

By the way, did anybody notice in Gears 2 that it has the best rainy window effects ever? The first time I went by some windows where it was raining outside, I stopped and stared at it for about 3 minutes just watching the little streaks go down and how realistic it actually looked. First game to accurately show rain on windows!

The rain does look good, but Uncharted's water is better! and the transition from razer hail to rain was awful I also thought the mid part of chapter 3 was awful, too much chainsawing and the amount of blood made me feel slightly sick (even more than the end of 2!) you must know what I am talking about

Not only am I itching to get back to the single player campaign, but the multiplayer (particularly the Horde mode) is insanely addictive.

Alot of league members got together tonight, played in 3 maps and some of us finished Wave 50 in Horde - SleepWaker, gebx, jasonnc80, Darc Requeim, yungmagic were all there. It was REALLY fun, and I really look forward to more. Expect loads of people online at anytime.
