Key Card games are a joke! I was planning to get Elden Ring eventually but it's not even on the card! Nintendo completely killed the hype for me! They are testing how much they can get away with.

Elden Ring isn't a Nintendo game.

Obviously! Nintendo is the one that is creating these options on their system 

And if Nintendo hadn't made game-key cards, Elden Ring would still not be available on a game card. So Nintendo's actions make no difference here.

It's common sense. If From Software had the intent to put their game on a game card, they would have done it. They didn't do it, so your anger should be directed at From Software.

Bandai Namco: "We were going to just ship it with a code on some paper, but Nintendo forced us to put it on a game-key instead. So we still went with the cheapest option and told people Nintendo made us do it, and they all blamed Nintendo! Can you believe it??"

I'll blame the ones who make the options available for developers to use. Might as well get it for PC at this point

And that's why it's so easy for third parties to get away with it.

On PC you can't play handheld mode which is the coolest way to play it, laying on the sofa and playing while chilling, or in the bathtub.

or you can sit at your desk beside the PC box and play that way, really up to you nobody is forcing you to get it on switch!
