Capcom's been on a role with all of these fighting game collections (and collections in general). Right now, the way I see it, they have the potential for at least two more collections. Personally, I feel it's almost a surefire fact that at least one more collection will come by the end of next year. So, assuming that's the case, what are some games you can see coming ?

I would like the two arcade Mega Man fighters.

Ah yeah, the two power battle games. I'd like to see both of those in a collection too

There's still PS1 era and PS2 era games they could do that hasnt been added.

I would say include Darkstalkers Chronicle Chaos Tower since it combines content from all 3 games into 1 seamless game that was released on PSP

Also, how about God Hand? Not a fighting game per se, but a beat-em-up. Especially now that Kamiya is making a comeback with Clovers Studio on the new Okami.

I would like to see a Capcom Beat em Up Collection.  Final Fight 1-3, two D&D games, several others like Knights of the Round.  I like the old Capcom Beat em Ups more than their fighting games anyway.

They have one already. It doesn't include D&D (because of licensing) or Final Fight 2 and 3, but it does include a lot of other games. Sadly, also due to licensing, it doesn't have AvP.
