Good thing it's only the opening of the game. Nothing spoiled 😅

Except that the opening doesn't make for a good first impression...

"half naked fat dude"

That does not make for a good first impression to me.......Something like a half naked hot chick works for me......and I'll even buy her a $8k solar powered picnic table to appreciate her beauty.

It's a horror game. What's scarier than that! But for real, it really does make sense once you play it. Remedy's story telling and immersion is one if the best.

Politics in the USA today is scarier than that. Every video game ever made is based on fantasy.  Politics is real fucking life. Life and Death.

Huh? We are talking about a scene that isn't even political if we want to get real. Maybe you should play the game and see for yourself instead of clutching pearl's.

You said: " It's a horror game. What's scarier than that"

And yes, it did interject politics into the conversation. Forgive me.

But, you do realize this thread is in the "Politics Discussion" sub-forum?

It was a joke, adding to the ribbing of the moment...geez.

Your "joke" is in the wrong forum.

Sure. If we are going by games that are considered woke, then the one you have as an avatar. I dont know, but that is considered a woke game and it still hasnt made its money back even though it reviewed well and won awards.

Thanks for bringing up Alan Wake 2! Wonderful game! Only reason it hasn't recouped it's cost by now is because the lack of a Steam release. Epic only releases tend to flop on PC. It has recouped most of its cost as of Nov 1st. It's a critical success and not a failure by any means.

Yeah, thats not a success. It has failed to make a profit yet. Lots of games dont release on Steam and still make millions of dollars.

So you ask an off topic question about if the game is good or not, but I have to stay on topic about politics? Lol Merry Christmas, mister Grinch!

How is me asking you if the game is good or not, an off topic question? The "politics" debate only came after. Please indulge me.

Sorry, but "smroadkill15" you are pulling at strings.

You should reread my challenge. Your example clearly has an asterisk next to it. Your definition of "failure" has nothing to do with being woke. It's only proves the point many of us are making about the antiwoke movement.
