Am I wrong in saying that Emio kinda bombed? Or am I missing smth?

It's opening sales are a little over twice as big as the remakes from a few years ago. As far as straight visual novels go, it did rather well actually.

Also, there's good speculation to say a lot of it's sales will remain on the digital side just like the remakes were.

Though, I do think the marketing campaign managed to get more eyes on the game and series with the western audience, so if we get numbers there. It'll be good to see how it performed physically at least.

Around the Network

Visual novels are kinda niche, 25k is okay sales.
Nothing amazing, but solid for the genre.

Gundam Breaker outselling Visions of Mana 2:1 isn't what I expected; guess it shows how big a difference it makes being on the market leader.

I'm just hoping Emio could somehow reach 1 million or Nintendo will probably not mention it in their upcoming finance update. We saw Bayonetta Origin and the Endless Oceon game not getting any mention in their respective quarters. I believe Everybody's 1-2 Switch got the same treatment if I remember correctly.
