Would like to know one state where a baby has been allowed to be killed after it was born.
Do his followers never feel like their intelligemce is being insulted when he says these things?

I'm not sure how common it is, but I've heard some conservatives claim that Democrats are supportive of "post birth" abortions for several years now.

I saw someone argue for this by showing that some states have no time limit on arbortion.
But how do you abort a child after it has been born? You can't because that's no longer an abortion.

They're not sending their brightest...

107% of jobs created were taken by illegal immigrants.

I've been wondering in what direction the Republican Party will go if Trump loses again.

When orange-hair-clown loses in November, I hope Repubs will pivot to a new leader, one who is more Reagan Republican than MAGA Republican.

I don't see a future for MAGA after Trump loses.  Who will carry the torch after his defeat? And this will be his last run.

Assuming that Trump doesn’t run in 2028, I think the primaries will be a mix of “establishment” Republicans trying to distance themselves from Trump (Nikki Haley, Tim Scott, Marco Rubio) and MAGA Republicans trying to be the next Trump (Ron Desantis, JD Vance, Don Jr?)

When the herd loses its way, the shepard must kill the bull that leads them astray.

Schrödinger’s immigrant: leeching off of the welfare system while still taking jobs away from Americans.

Every time Trump makes the claim that babies are being aborted after being born, I'm like, "Why aren't we hearing any huge uproar over the murder of infants?". Any pro-life activist or politician would take any single real-life example of this and run with it. All it would take is one.

Amazing how they're taking 100% of jobs created, and then also 7% that don't exist.

Spoiler!

JD Vance gettong bood by a union crowd, calling them "haters". And then Tim Waltz getting applauded by that same union.

Not surprising, but thought it was another funny contrast like the dounut shop visit.

I've spent a lot of time thinking about this and have changed my opinion a few times.

I used to think that Republicans would care more about winning and this would direct them to centrist candidates. I no longer believe that, and now believe what Republicans care most about is sticking it to the Libs.

This. Culture wars are almost like a drug to many of them.

Do not base your opinion on the entire Repub party because of one jackass.  Yes, he ran in 2016, 2020, and now in 2024.  However, I do not believe

he has the gusto to run in 2028.  If he did, then he just proves he's an old fart egomaniac.

I believe the Repub candidate in 2028 will be more centrist.  Again, time will tell.

I hope they pick somebody other than DeSantis or one of Trump's sons in 2028.

I live in Oklahoma, and the culture wars are very much like a drug here. Oklahoma was the canary in the coal mine for Trumpism, 30 years ago.

TRUMP: "MOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO"

I describe myself as a little dose of toxic masculinity.

Trump is getting desperate, flip flopping all over the place this week. Not long after attacking Harris for flip flopping, making it seem like this was their new line of attack, Trump joins in on flip flopping. This week alone he told his people to vote no on the 6 week abortion ban in Florida, wants the government to fund IVF for all (sure sounds like what MAGA likes to call communism there) and now he's saying we should legalize cannabis. He reeks of a desperate person seeing his prison cell inching closer and closer and trying whatever he can to stay out of it.
