Anyone know what times we can expect, is it worth staying up or setting an alarm for GMT/BST time zone? Is it vlose enough that the count will be drawn out. I stayed up in 2020 but could have easily set my alarm for 5am and still get the results as they came in.

Nobody can say.  Polls start closing around 1 to 2 am GMT. At about 5am gmt I think we will have a pretty good idea of whether there is a clear favorite or whether we are in for a long night/week. Earliest it might officially be called would be sometime around 10am gmt give or take a couple of hours.

Just my best guess. Really we're waiting for North Carolina, Georgia, and Pennsylvania to be called. They're all on the east coast, so they will be the earliest states.

I don't think anyone knows.

If it's as close as the polls have looked, it might even be a few days.

If the polls are wrong, then it might be a quicker result.

Thanks.

Lmao.

I honestly don't think he is (too much), Arizona and Nevada just don't look that good compared to the Atlantic and Midwest states. Lots of male and Republican voting.

It's surprising Harris is even ahead, really.

He has annoyed me a lot this cycle, lots of dooming about Democrats mail-in without knowing independent split and how many Republicans go for Harris, nevertheless dooming Democrats every update, only to put Harris ahead but at an essential draw, Lol.

A number of areas aren't allowed to start validating and counting mail in ballots until the polls close. Might be the case for Wisconsin, that it starts out red, and then shifts blue as more absentee ballots for Milwaukee/Madison get counted.

JFC Atlas is about to put out another round of polls

I think this one will likely be a herding poll to help them maintain good standing for 2026.
