I refuse to get excited because I don't want to be disappointed. But I'm loving the shift in betting and polls. I hope she wipes the floor and wins 300+ Electoral votes.

I'm in the same boat. Hoping she doesn't just win but smoke his ass so that the country, nay the world can see that MAGA ain't it, and it defangs the inevitable whining and crying about the election being rigged and all of the court cases, rallies and attempts to stop the peaceful transfer of power that follow it.

In one of my more realistic ideal scenarios of the world, we have a Republican party with competent and graceful politicians that seek office based on a platform that has real policies in mind that make the masses (middle class, impoverished and minorities) have to honestly consider if putting them in power would make their lives better than the Democratic candidate. This is turn makes the Democrats have to step their game up too and not just think they have the non-White vote just cause.

The Trump Campaign these past few days sounds like it's absolutely breaking down and panicking.

I’m right there with you. These polls are too damn close to my comfort. 

I obviously want a blowout for Harris just because fuck Trump but it would be funny to see after all this stupid herding, pollsters are way off once again, I obviously hope it's not in favour of Trump but if it does happen and it's in favour of Harris it's going to be funny. If they're significantly wrong in either direction though they'll never be trusted again.

I mean even if Ann is wrong, I'd at least give her credit for not herding like a coward.
