They said no CGI, every first party is in the engine yes (cinematic or gameplay).
So far I think only Star Wars Outlaws have not been announced for GamePass.

I never mentioned CGI. Just that none of the other trailers seemed to show anything that actually involved gameplay, whereas Avowed looked mostly to be in playable areas.
