I expect this footage is done this way intentionally to play up the hyper-realism angle, and that it will be toned down significantly for the sake of playability.
A lot of first person games are often showcased with highly cinematic/scripted camerawork and choreography in earlier trailers, going back to the infamous E3 2005 Killzone 2 teaser.
