All zelda games have had the "same" story since A link to the Past. Do 3 dungeons, get master sword, do other dungeons, beat Gannon, win.

Not the Wind Waker, lol. That one went:
- Beat 2 dungeons.
- Get 3rd pearl handed to you because Nintendo rushed the game.
- Get Master Sword.
- Do annoyingly long fetch quest that was merely filler because, like I said, Nintendo rushed the game.
- Defeat Ganon.
And I still loved every damn minute of it. :P
