Highly unlikely that it's a Wii exclusive to the point of impossible almost.
And they did say early on that they wanted to take it to as many platforms as possible so why are people surprised that there might be a Wii version?

maybe the mag editors got the scoop on the Wii version, but nothing that would claim exclusivity

I don't think anyone is surprised there is a Wii version, I think they are surprised at the OP's claim that the game is a Wii exclusive when he doesn't even provide any real corroboration minus an untranslated game magazine scan which doesn't even have pictures.
We had two bags of grass, seventy-five pellets of mescaline, five sheets of high-powered blotter acid, a salt shaker half full of cocaine, a whole galaxy of multi-colored uppers, downers, screamers, laughers…Also a quart of tequila, a quart of rum, a case of beer, a pint of raw ether and two dozen amyls. The only thing that really worried me was the ether. There is nothing in the world more helpless and irresponsible and depraved than a man in the depths of an ether binge. –Raoul Duke
It is hard to shed anything but crocodile tears over White House speechwriter Patrick Buchanan's tragic analysis of the Nixon debacle. "It's like Sisyphus," he said. "We rolled the rock all the way up the mountain...and it rolled right back down on us...." Neither Sisyphus nor the commander of the Light Brigade nor Pat Buchanan had the time or any real inclination to question what they were doing...a martyr, to the bitter end, to a "flawed" cause and a narrow, atavistic concept of conservative politics that has done more damage to itself and the country in less than six years than its liberal enemies could have done in two or three decades. -Hunter S. Thompson
Maybe it is a typo

What is AC? All consoles?
My consoles and the fates they suffered:
Atari 7800 (Sold), Intellivision (Thrown out), Gameboy (Lost), Super Nintendo (Stolen), Super Nintendo (2nd copy) (Thrown out by mother), Nintendo 64 (Still own), Super Nintendo (3rd copy) (Still own), Wii (Sold)
A more detailed history appears on my profile.
If there is a Wii version, I'm surprised. I can't tell you how many anti-Wii fanboys have used SF4 as a major reason to degrade the Wii. I'll have to go bump some topics.
If there is a Wii version, I blame Wii sales. That is all.
I don't need your console war.
It feeds the rich while it buries the poor.
You're power hungry, spinnin' stories, and bein' graphics whores.
I don't need your console war.
NO NO, NO NO NO.

Nope AC = Arcade.
This must be the cover or back of a CD/DVD with various videos/trailers of videogames that come with japanese vg magazine.

The numbers 1 through 3, the red ones, all say "TV anime" and list anime releases to DVD.
The number 4, the orange one, says "kimikisu-pure rouge," whatever that is, but it's obviously also a DVD release.
The number 5, the green one, says "RED aitemu box" or "red item box", and then lists some games for some systems, and at the bottom, the part in the red box right by Wii says "Sutoriito Faitaa 4," which is how you'd pronounce that ish in Nihongo.
The number 6, the green one, says "red iifomeeshongaaden," which I can only assume is some sort of "red information garden." It lists dates, which I'm assuming are release dates, but I can't tell what those are.
