Lol. People are upset he didn't say yes but to me, him saying next question is equally as damning.

I hope that everyone has a wonderful day! Here's a jd vance meme for the scholar-gentlepeople reading this page
JERUSALEM (AP) — The U.S. and Israel have reached out to officials of three East African governments to discuss using their territories as potential destinations for resettling Palestinians uprooted from the Gaza Strip under President Donald Trump's proposed post-war plan, American and Israeli officials told The Associated Press.
The contacts with Sudan, Somalia and the breakaway region of Somalia known as Somaliland reflect the determination by the U.S. and Israel to press ahead with a plan that has been widely condemned and raised serious legal and moral issues. Because all three places are poor, and in some cases wracked by violence, the proposal also casts doubt on Trump's stated goal of resettling Gaza's Palestinians in a "beautiful area."
Officials from Sudan said they have rejected overtures from the U.S., while officials from Somalia and Somaliland told The Associated Press that they were not aware of any contacts.

Nazi Cunts. Seems they're struggling to get any country to agree to help them with their genocide.
Last edited by Ryuu96 - 21 hours agoDemocrats decided to shoot themselves in their face and hand Trump a knife to continue gutting America. Useless leadership. So soon after Harris loss they decide to spit in the face of their own voters, fuck over America and actively help Trump to continue gutting it. All these YES voters are complicit in what Trump does in the future.
I don't want to hear them say a damn thing about fighting against him or acting concerned, I don't want to hear them scream how he's a threat to America, they helped him, twats. Weakest opposition in the West. No wonder so many people don't want to vote for them. Democrats are just incapable of putting on a united front and making a stand, a party led by spineless idiots.
Primary all of them and boot that useless fuck Schumer from his leadership position.
The American Federation of Government Employees, which represents 800,000+ federal and D.C. workers (i.e. people directly impacted by a government shutdown), is urging senators to vote no on the House GOP's CR.
In other words, AFGE is saying a government shutdown is less bad than this GOP bill.

Chuck Schumer Helps Pull Democrats Back From Brink Of Courage

Gave the greenlight for DOGE to rip through everything with full immunity now, surrendered power to Trump and Musk, at the first battle, they rolled over like a good dog, Republicans must be laughing their asses off at how pathetic Democrats leaders are, can't wait for them to take advantage of these spineless idiots even more in the future, they surrendered already, Lol.
Only 1 House Democrat voted in favour of the bill while 212 voted against it. 9 Senate Democrats voted in favour of the bill while 36 voted against it. Here are all the Democrat Senators complicit in Trump's future gutting of America, I hope they feel unwelcome everywhere they go by their voters, a lot of their voters are going to be pissed.
If Schumer isn't removed as party leader immediately it's going to seriously discourage many Democrat voters. If any one of these Senators have the cheek to send fundraising emails over the bill they just helped pass, they're going to piss off their voters. Then they wonder why they keep losing, Lol.
The final tally to advance the CR is 62-38.

Jumpin said: It's kind of crazy how much the current situation in the US (and really, around the globe) resembles the TV show Babylon 5. It's almost like this old TV show is a metaphor for about 2015 onward. The Narn regime was formerly under the control of the Centauri Empire, but broke away a while before the show. The more powerful Centauri Empire now invades the Narn regime with hopes of re-establishing their empire. The Earth Alliance and others are giving sanctuary to Narn refugees and providing weaponry to the Narn regime to fight back against the Centauri. And then things get very very dark. For those unfamiliar with Babylon 5, it's a 1990s science fiction TV show set on a city in the stars intended as diplomatic neutral space for the various civilizations across the galaxy. And for Tolkien fans, the show was inspired by The Silmarillion, and has some Hobbit/Lord of the Rings references in there too. |
On top of this, Trump has declared that MSNBC and CNN are illegal and he plans to oust anyone across the government who didn't convict Hunter Biden and is going after prosecutors and other people in the legal system, who were against him.
President Clark did the same thing in Babylon 5.
And keep in mind, this aired over 30 years ago and was written in the 1980s. It's not a reflection of anything close to current politics.
The Clark administration eventually declared the media illegal, imprisoned and interrogated them.

Mark Carney says Canada will "never" become part of the US in his first speech as the country's prime minister
The new PM, who is facing a stand off with Donald Trump over an escalating trade war, says he "expects respect" from America and calls US Secretary of State Marco Rubio's latest comments on a 51st state "crazy"
Carney says he will visit France and the UK on his first overseas trip in the job, adding that he currently has "no plans" to meet Trump but "looks forward" to speaking to him
Asked about when a general election can be expected in Canada, the PM declines to say when it will be called, joking that Canadians can expect to vote before November. The election must be held before October
Canada will 'never' be part of US, says Carney in first speech as PM
Foreign Affairs Minister Mélanie Joly wrapped up the G7 meeting in La Malbaie, Que., on Friday with a stern message for U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio: hands off our country.
"What I said to the secretary is Canada's sovereignty is not up to debate, period," she said at the closing press conference of the G7 foreign ministers meeting.
"There's no argument, there's no conversation about it, there's no need to talk about it," she said. "You're here, you respect us, you respect our sovereignty, you're in our country, you respect our people. Period."
Joly made the remarks a day after U.S. President Donald Trump repeated his call for Canada to join the United States, saying his country does not need anything Canada has to sell.
Joly said her counterparts in the G7 arrived in Canada for the summit with the impression that Trump's talk of Canada becoming the 51st state was something to be "taken in a humorous way," but she quickly set them straight.
"I said to them this is not a joke. Canadians are anxious. Canadians are proud people and you are here in a sovereign country and so therefore we don't expect this to be even discussed, or clearly not laughed at," she said.
Joly said Canada was created "because we didn't want to be part of the United States," but also because we wanted to be closer to each other than we are to the Americans.

I love this framing, it's not a progressive vs moderate fight, as both of those are equally as pissed off against Schumer & Co. I love that framing that it's those who want to fight vs those who want to rollover.
Stand & Fight Wing vs Play Dead Wing.
It's not just incompetence in foreign policy, the Republicans are once again proving their incompetence in their economic policy. Every time they get into power, they screw the economy, then the Democrats have to be voted in to fix it. Then somehow the US population suffers a bout of amnesia, and votes these assholes in again.
