It's not just incompetence in foreign policy, the Republicans are once again proving their incompetence in their economic policy. Every time they get into power, they screw the economy, then the Democrats have to be voted in to fix it. Then somehow the US population suffers a bout of amnesia, and votes these assholes in again.
