Meanwhile Trump has already extended the deadline for Israel to pull out of Lebanon, which Netanyahu wants to extend further again. (They were supposed to be out of Lebanon on January 25th, now February 18th) Jet fighters are buzzing over Beirut again today. The Israeli cabinet is approving going back to full scale war in Gaza with the green light from Trump who changed the ceasefire deal into the impossible, release all hostages this Saturday or back to war. And Trump reversed the few sanctions on terrorist settlers and entities, giving his full support for further annexation of the West Bank.

So much for Peace President, the only thing he's successful in is uniting the Arab world against the USA.

Of course there never was intent to continue the ceasefire, the aid never fully came through, unreasonable restrictions are still hindering as much as before the ceasefire, plus the aid quickly dwindled down again after the first few days. Daily violations by Israel go on ignored, with the US as guarantor there are no guarantees nor restrictions for Putin / Netanyahu. The ceasefire was just a PR stunt for Trump, a few weeks stay of execution for 2 million Gazans while 3 million people in the West Bank are still under fire.

It will be same with Ukraine. Accepting a ceasefire will just mean Russia can continue destroying where they are now, just like Israel keeps destroying Southern Lebanon and parts of Syria. The only difference will be Ukraine won't be allowed to defend themselves any longer.

Vibes of him negotiating directly with the Taliban and leaving out the Afghan government which fucked them over.

If there was a way to down that plane without it leading to WW3 then I would press that button without a moments hesitation, I'd label it as an "accident" performed by "little green men" who are "totally not backed by us" and then point towards MH17 as an extra fuck you to Russia. I'd take forcing it to ground though and arresting him but nobody would have the balls.

Anyway, attacking the ICC for charging his genocidal friend and inviting the other one to America for a chat. America keeps lovely company nowadays, their only ally is Israel, they're being friendlier towards Russia than EU and they've done more for Russia's stock market than their own economy, Lol. Fucking wild times. We're back to the 1930s.

Not sure it's a distraction but that is happening either way so it's important to focus on both. Trump thinks Ukraine joining NATO and regaining any territory is less realistic than Canada becoming a 51st state. The only way Canada becomes a 51st state is by force and boy Americans will be in for a surprise if that happened, they ought to look up Canada's brutality during WW1/WW2.

It's working in the West Bank. Trump's nonsense 'relocation' plan and threats to unleash hell keep Israel turning the West Bank into Gaza out of the news. Not even Netanyahu goes that far, he's now back to demanding the ceasefire continues as it was (instead of Trump's release all hostages on Saturday or hell) and more aid came in again recently. (will it last, probably not)

Next moment of truth is in 5 days when the extended deadline for Israel to leave Lebanon is up. (The other ceasefire Israel violates every single day).

And who is still paying attention to Syria...

Meanwhile the fucking news here is presenting Trump's plan to end the war in Ukraine as Trump making peace. (They did mention all the concessions to Russia, but still show him as a peace president... then applaud him for the prisoner swap Trump accomplished)

Hitting the nail on the head: U.S. negotiations with Russia. Same as with Lebanon and Gaza, one sided negotiations. Actually negotiations is the wrong word, U.S. making concessions to Russia.

I guess Murkowski and Susan "I'm very concerned" Collins coiuldn't be bothered to even try. Though that wouldn't have done any good, because that would have meant a 50/50 split. Vance would have cast the tiebreaker vote.
