Kingdom Hearts Diary Day 18: Finished KH 2. Definite improvement over 1. Almost all worlds, minus Atlantica was a step up from the previous games. Loved the addition of the Pride Islands and some of the gameplay changes as well like the chase sequence. I did enjoy playing as Roxas as well. Gameplay can be a little annoying with all the y special prompts as well. Fighting along side Riku at the end was pretty cool as well and the final boss, while it had way too many forms, was overall pretty enjoyable. Ending was nice as well, and I already said I did like the opening movie as well. Mid 7s I would say overall.

Interesting that ProbablyMonster's sold Firewalk to Sony.

ProbablyMonster's is formed by the former CEO of Bungie, Harold Ryan and he also created 3 studios under the label (Firewalk, Cauldron, Battle Barge). Bit surprised to see him sell Firewalk specifically, especially when he made a massive investor roundup only recently, I guess maybe his goal is to create skilled teams and then sell them to the highest bidder?

You mean sold off organically, right?

Yeah 4 in this collection, 2 in the second collection, KH 3, and then the music game...

Going to be a shit month and a half

Only good thing in all of this is that I will never have to play another KH game on Xbox.

I've seen people speculate that this was the scheme behind ProbablyMonsters for a while. But then again, others assumed this was unlikely to happen because they were already owned.

Sony has been funding Firewalk for quite a while. And apparently had some agreements that they had to be cut off from the rest of ProbablyMonsters.

Yeah.

Ain't like ProbablyMonsters is strapped for cash either: ProbablyMonsters Raises $200 Million In Record-Breaking Series-A Game Funding

Harold Ryan can probably make calls and get investor roundups with a click of his fingers considering his background.

Interesting approach...Take Harold Ryan who helped to create one of the best/well known studios of all time, have him form a bunch of new studios, he gets the team off the ground and then sells them to companies that need them, I mean, it's actually a little genius if that is what he's doing, Lol.

Guess Cauldon and Battle Barge may be available for purchase in the future as well

Also, a strong pickup by Sony. I'm curious what the rest of his studios are doing as well (Cauldron and Battle Barge).

Well you're gonna be happy

So, now that Twitter API is paid, the interesting question is will we see Twitter sharing to be dropped by Xbox, Playstation and Switch in the near future?
