It's an L and a bit embarrassing but not the end of the world, Versus was joking about the rest, in case anyone misses the sarcasm, Lol.
Definitely shouldn't happen with a 1st party but at least the difference is (from what I've read) only about 5%, I think they're so preoccupied with the Activision-Blizzard-King stuff that they're letting small things like this slip their view because honestly it is a small thing, it's a year old port of a franchise which is likely never getting a sequel, but it is bad optics wise to see a 1st party perform worse on Xbox than PlayStation (though technically, Minecraft does as well, Lol).
Guessing nobody from Xbox has been checking in on Ghostwire's progress (I.E. Phil) because that isn't Matt Booty's job, left Bethesda to their own devices but Bethesda doesn't care about ensuring Xbox is a priority, so they just shoved it out. Ultimately Xbox should tell them to make Xbox a priority but then again, it ain't like PlayStation is getting Redfall, Starfield, etc. The timed exclusives are over. This should be a one off simply because there is no way for it to happen again, Lol.
Unless something like Indiana Jones is multiplatform or Zenimax's MMO then yeah, parity at minimum should be enforced. Though I would assume they would be simply due to the fact that all eyes will be on them, as new major releases, I doubt anyone from Xbox/Bethesda was bothering to keep much of an eye on Ghostwire Tokyo's parity with PlayStation, unfortunately, and Tango had a deadline to meet.
Should tell them to update it to parity or above at least.
