John has truly become a great creator. And the Tango creators who support him have also grown up a lot.

Mikami is like a proud father.
I really do like this dude, no arrogance about how good he is, only wants to promote other creators, nurture new talent, never makes it only about him, understands that the industry shouldn't be so obsessed with "veterans" because it's the new guys who will carry it, they need to be given chances. He really is the perfect face of Xbox Japan.
He'd probably love to find someone who surpasses him, Lol.
Xbox needs to throw money at his goals.

We’ve also said we’re happy to make this enforceable through a contract, regulatory agreements, or other means.

Our goal is to bring Call of Duty and other games – as we did with Minecraft – to more people around the world so they can play them where and how they want.

Surely this is all easily proven through the offered contracts?
Maybe they want marketing parity? Lol. It's the only thing not mentioned in the tweet, in which case, Sony isn't lying to the regulators but I feel it would be ridiculous to demand a marketing parity, how would that even work? Would Microsoft not be allowed to do bundles? Not allowed to advertise CoD on Game Pass?
Funny considering CoD on PlayStation doesn't have parity with Xbox right now because of PlayStation...

Yeah, that's truly the biggest joke. MS has to offer Sony full parity in everything even if they own the developer and the franchise while Sony can pay the developer to take content of CoD away from Xbox which is like half as big as Playstation or even smaller.
If CoD is really that important why did these regulators never care about Sony pushing their console lead even further with CoD deals?
With the logic of regulators, Sony shouldn't be able to pay for any exclusivity deal in gaming anymore. If for FF, Forspoken, Silent Hill, some exclusive advertisement deals, earlier betas or whatever...

Yup. If the deal is blocked then Sony shouldn't be allowed to make anymore marketing deals with Activision, nobody should, since apparently CoD is the one IP carrying entire companies on their shoulders and without it they're doomed to collapse to nothing, Lol. Course that won't happen though and if the deal is blocked, Sony will continue having advantages on CoD over PlayStation after bitching about parity to regulators.

It likely means that, yes, Xbox Series X CoD will have to be on par with PS5 CoD which is ridiculous considering Series X is more powerful but hey, market leader gets whatever it wants, that's how we protect competition right? /s
This is Yun M. Watanabe, the cut scene director. His direction is the best.

They want game service parity, meaning that if Xbox makes CoD day one Gamepass, they have to make it day one PS Plus mid-tier as well, and without Sony paying for the lost PS sales as a result of day one PS Plus mid-tier. This already leaked in the past.

Which is absolutely insane.
Wouldn't be surprised if they want marketing parity as well though. They probably want parity on literally everything. Microsoft spends the $69bn and Sony gets the benefits, Lol. It's either wanting it in PS+ for free or not wanting it in Game Pass at all. Might as well ask for profit sharing parity at this rate, Microsoft buys CoD and Sony gets a 50% share of the profits
