Good to see that Sega's games are also beginning to be added to the program.

Around the Network

They've got 5 seasons currently planned.

Season 1 - Emergence
Season 2 - Legacy and Beyond
Season 3 - Infiltration
Season 4 - Pendulum
Season 5 - Devotion

Doesn't look like private lobbies or leaderboards will be there at launch.

Season 2 looks like it'll be a special one. Outside of the Dead Serious achievement lol. That's a GRIND! Like all previous Seriously achievements, but nice to see you'll geta Legendary skin if you manage to pull it off!

"Season 2 is called Legacy and will be dedicated to our 20th Anniversary featuring content themed around the greatest hits of Gears of War. Crafted as a love letter to the franchise and you, our fans, you can expect a ton of new content inspired by the franchise’s most memorable moments. We’ll get the party started a little early with a special birthday gift for all Gears of War: E-Day players on November 7, the actual 20th Anniversary date.

When our achievement list became public earlier this summer, you may have noticed the traditional Seriously achievement is back for E-Day, which we’ve named Dead Serious. A tried and true challenge, players who earn the Dead Serious achievement will also receive an exclusive Medal, Player Title, Banner, Emblem, Icon. And, for the first time ever in the franchise, a Legendary Character skin. We will debut the Dead Serious reward skin at the start of Season 2."

You called down the thunder, now reap the whirlwind

Frank O'Connor getting roasted in the replies for saying Activision should hire recently fired Halo Studios people for their Halo team.

I agree with Frank that they should hire any and all Bungie talent that worked on the original trilogy if possible, for instance Marcus Lehto, art director on the Halo trilogy, recently said he wanted to work on Halo again.
