At least for the Essential tier, which is basically what Gold was. I wonder if we will get yearly subs for the other tiers for a discounted price. Ie. Ultimate is $23 a month, which would be $276 for the year. Maybe a year sub would cost something like $250.

ICYMI | According to Asha Sharma, Xbox must "Sweat Every Detail" in order to win over "Frustrated" players.
“Players are frustrated with us, they feel like we haven’t updated our console enough, they feel like our PC presence isn’t very strong.”
“We’re going to start by restoring our core. We have to fix the fundamentals on console and PC.
We have to sweat every single detail and every single part of the experience to get to fun much faster and make it simpler.”
She keeps saying the right things and so far doing well curious how this continues.

Big shout out to PGG for giving the game away for free. Spoilers coz fuck you.
Project Saluki: A brand-new Xbox Game Pass for the Chinese market.
A newly discovered codename for one or more new Xbox Game Pass tiers, specifically tailored for the Chinese market to address its unique regulatory requirements and gamer preferences.
The tiers were uncovered in recent Xbox Insider builds and align with new Xbox CEO Asha Sharma’s push for major expansion into China, the world’s largest gaming market.
They probably used saluki because they were common on the silk road...so the Xbox goes accross Silk Road to China I guess..

Project Positron: A potential Xbox disc-to-digital entitlement program.
Allowing owners of physical games to obtain digital entitlements, likely to support the upcoming fully digital next-gen Xbox “Helix” console.
Help bridge physical collections to digital/cloud features, as disc owners currently miss out on many modern perks
(cloud gaming and Play Anywhere) amid the industry’s shift to digital.
Microsoft may implement restrictions (e.g. one-time conversion that invalidates the physical license) to satisfy publishers.
