It is hard to define AA vs AAA nowadays. I am more comparing the level of fidelity to the biggest games out there. Like you said compared to Sony's biggest titles like God of War, Ghost, and Horizon.

I can agree with this since the arms race in visual fidelity is set pretty high unfortunately its not one of Obsidian strong abilities.

Finished Star Wars: Outlaws.

Definitely not a must play. Stealth gameplay could be better, shooting doesn't feel fun at all, dogfighting is also less than ideal (although there is barely any in the game if you only play the main story). The platforming and puzzle sections are very very simple.

Story is okay I guess but nothing memorable. The open world aspect is pointless. Only played the main story and skipped everything else. Took me 14 hours.

I'm playing through it right now and yeah it is okay so far. I'm on the first real planet of the game and the next main quest is to leave. I've done some exploring and side stuff, but really isn't that interesting so far.
