AI is a great tool to assist us but nothing more. I use it for work and a lot of times it is misleading and needs to be double checked.

Also, what playstation games do you guys want on Xbox the most? Just curious on what you all think. Personally, I just want Silent Hill 2 remake and God of war games mostly.

Ultimate preview sale is up.

Alright, folks. It's time for another informal game code giveaway. The rules are simple: simply comment and you'll be pooled into a raffle with everyone else. Winner gets a game code for Daedalic's The Night of the Rabbit. I'll close it in a few days and message the winner soon thereafter. Good luck!

29% YoY Growth in Non-Mobile Subscription Spending.

US video game subscription spending reached an all-time monthly high in May 2025 ($0.6B), while experiencing its 3rd consecutive month of growth.

Looks to me that the pressures of higher prices in everyday spending categories like food and general economic uncertainty has folks looking for value.

I think it's fair to speculate that Game Pass contributes a decent chunk to this increase, as subscription spending was stagnate until Call of Duty was added to Game Pass and since then every month has seen growth to overall subscription spending. So now that Game Pass is back to growth, it only makes sense to increase the prices! /S.

I can be "fine" with a price increase but still think it's stupid to do one when you're back to growth stage.

All I feel when I see these stats is even more disgust and anger at Microsoft. They're totally dominating the software charts and yet, it's not enough. Can't wait to hear them brag about Q4 being their best quarter ever for Gaming and talk about how much money they've made, and BTW Q4 won't include the impact of laying off thousands of employees because they did it in Q1.

That's impressive that TESO has done so well in May on Xbox, I can't explain why because the story expansion is in June. Look at how much money Zenimax is still bringing in for Microsoft and yet they were one of the worst impacted in the layoffs, losing hundreds of employees, their respected leader, a game they had worked on for 5+ years and which Microsoft was telling them was amazing and to keep going.

You bring in huge profits for Microsoft and still get treated like dirt, showing that Microsoft has zero trust in them, they just want them locked in the Elder Scrolls Online mines because that's a money maker as they can see...For now, until interest dies down and then Zenimax gets closed because they don't have a project close to release.

Happy for the teams, I love The Elder Scrolls Online, Microsoft can go fuck themselves though, Lol.

TESO is doing well yet they cancelled the new Zeminax online game. MS must be on crack or something.

Another day, another mess.

Krafton has reportedly delayed Subnautica 2 & parted ways with Unknown Worlds' mgmt months before paying a $250M bonus, which studio heads wanted to share with staff.

Might not bode well for them or even Tango Gameworks, which Krafton bought in 2024.

Krafton Delays ‘Subnautica 2’ Game Ahead of $250 Million Payout - Bloomberg

This does sound like they booted the previous owners just so they could delay and avoid handing out a $250m bonus to staff which if confirmed would be an incredibly scummy thing to do. Bobby Kotick level of scummy.

We live in a world where there’s no such thing as consequences for the people in charge. So yeah, they likely did what there did to avoid the payout and guess what will happen? Nothing. One of the cunts could knife someone and they wouldn’t face any single bit of consequence.

Ride The Chariot | ‘25 Completion

This is something I've been asking ever since the narrative of "Game Pass is destroying the industry" started. If the likes of GP or even PS+ is destroying gaming, then wtf is the likes of the biggest black hole live service games doing?!
