Microsoft put on a leadership summit this last week with brilliant speakers and coaches. So many nuggets of wisdom and chances to self reflect on how we could be better leaders.

Tapped out from Symphonia, got better in acts 2 and 3 tbh. If they modernized it it would still be kind of low on my tales tier list though.

I was also finally able to spend time speaking with Todd Howard and getting to know him, turns out he has a very funny sense of humor.

There were quite a few RPG heavyweights there and it was a blast to engage in deep and nuanced conversation with them during the week.
