Lol.

Reminder: When a regional account is the only one to tweet something, 9/10 times it doesn't mean anything.

Probably just a social media manager piggy backing off the rumour.

Amnesia: The Bunker - Announcement Trailer - YouTube

Their own trailer doesn't mention Game Pass either.

Game Pass 2023 Doomed.

We'll I completed my first Persona thanks to GP, maybe also my first Monster Hunter too. What's MH Rise like?

Ride The Chariot | ‘25 Completed

Chronicles of Riddick and The Darkness director Jens Andersson has joined MachineGames to lead design on its Indiana Jones game, he’s confirmed to VGC.

Andersson will act as design director on the title and work in parallel with creative director Axel Torvenius, who was previously art director for the Wolfenstein games.

The design director will be familiar with his new colleagues, as like many at the Uppsala studio, he previously worked at Starbreeze. Andersson also contributed to many of MachineGames’ previous titles as a freelance designer.

In total, more than 20 developers who worked on 2007’s The Darkness are on the Indiana Jones team, VGC understands.

In addition, Andersson spent several years at LucasArts around a decade ago, where he was originally hired to work on another cancelled Indiana Jones game.

Since leaving LucasArts, Andersson created the BAFTA-winning indie game Yoku’s Island Express and Switch art title Colors Live.

“I’ve now taken the next big step, which is to join MachineGames as Design Director on Indiana Jones,” he said in a statement.

“This is also redemption. When I went accepted the offer to go to San Francisco in 2009, it was to lead the design on an Indiana Jones game, but that game got cancelled before I even got there.

“Now, I get a chance to do what I original hoped to, but this time with I get to do it with some of my oldest and best friends. Joining MachineGames is like coming home – amazing people I worked with during Riddick and Darkness, but also teeming with new ones, whose talent daily blow me away.”

He added: “I’m so excited about what we are building, and the way get to do it – featuring one of most iconic characters ever, in collaboration with my friends at Lucasfilm (hi Craig!), published by one the biggest publishers in the world, and doing it at an amazing studio like MachineGames.”

“This will be something very special.”

Have you ever played a MH game before? I played a couple titles on the 3DS and while the setting, characters, and story may be different, the gameplay loop was always the same. Didn't get around to playing World or Rise yet, but they seem to follow the same formula for the most part, other than being more accessible for more players. Because previous MH games were near impossible to master unless you dedicated an insane amount of time.

But the gameplay loop was stack on weapons, supplies, and friends to play with, hunt down and kill a specific monster, take its guts and organs, craft better weapons, supplies, and continue the process for eternity lol.

It's a fun gameplay loop once you've got the hang of it. Even better with friends.

Hopefully it is better than the previous 2 sequels. Neither of the sequels so far have even come close to the original Amnesia: Dark Descent in terms of pure scare factor.

What I expected long ago, I thought the project was cancelled entirely though, either way, I don't really care about a Transformers MMO.

Hopefully it means more developers freed up for Halo Infinite and Project Suerte...Certain Affinity works on too much at once.

Also, the next several months are so stacked with horror games.

Tomorrow- Callisto Protocol
January 27- Dead Space remake
March 9- Fatal Frame 4 remaster and first ever western release
March 24- Resident Evil 4 remake
TBA March- Amnesia: Bunker
TBA Q1- Killer Clowns From Outer Space: The Game
TBA Q1/Q2- Layers of Fears

Horror fans are eating good these next few months.
