If this is the deal that causes the acquisition to be approved then there will be absolutely no doubt in my mind that Sarah Bond will takeover from Phil Spencer one day, nobody else has a chance, Microsoft wouldn't want anyone else if she is responsible for the deal that closes the acquisition.
