Been thinking, about how the US Judge praises Sarah Bond specifically, then Phil giving her huge praise in his employee note about the CMA deal, I'm fairly sure she was the one who set up the Ubisoft deal and maybe even worked with CMA on it. If this is the deal that causes the acquisition to be approved then there will be absolutely no doubt in my mind that Sarah Bond will takeover from Phil Spencer one day, nobody else has a chance, Microsoft wouldn't want anyone else if she is responsible for the deal that closes the acquisition.
