I'm ~75% of Italian heritage as 3 of grandparents were 100% Italian. My other grandparent was Irish, Germany, Scottish, Swedish, and Danish. Oh and probably Viking in there somewhere. Funny part is I've always been more interested in British history and culture than Italian.

Anyway, I'm European. That makes me Asian if you go back enough generations I guess?

Being more asian would not make you happier. 

I understand you're not making a choice to be happy or unhappy. But it's important to keep in mind that these are things that we can't change, and more importantly don't really matter.

You're not defined by how "asian" you are or aren't.
