Forums - Sales - April's sales of SSB Brawl and Vegas 2?

How do you think Brawl, Vegas 2, and Army of Two will fare in next month's NPD? Looks like there will be a sharp drop in Brawl sales, not sure how much, though.

Brawl should sell 500-600k in April for NDP.

End of 2009 Predictions (Set, January 1st 2009)

Wii- 72 million   3rd Year Peak, better slate of releases

360- 37 million   Should trend down slightly after 3rd year peak

PS3- 29 million  Sales should pick up next year, 3rd year peak and price cut

the sharp drop is kind of expected cause Brawl usually has big launches

Brawl- around 500k

the rest, i don't know

what is Vegas 2 btw? never heard of it

The latest entry in the endless Tom Clany franchise - the Rainbow Six branch, specifically. It's a very tactical FPS.

My friends are playing online as I type - doesn't seem like too bad of a game.

oo - it's part of Tom Clany? Now I know :)

Just found out that Halo 3 sold 433K in October, a sharp drop after selling 3.3 million in September.

So knowing this, I'd guess around 350K for Brawl, because Wii owners will be buying up Mario Kart Wii.

^The Wii is selling more HW, and Halo is like the most frontloaded game in history... But yea, It has already sold about 300k here on VGC, and it has 2 more weeks...
