Why?

Weight loss is 90% diet and the most important aspect is high protein. Eat at least 100g of quality proteins (meat, eggs, cheese) every day and you will see benefits in body composition. Cut out all seed oils and replace them with butter/eggs for additional benefits.

I got chickenpox twice.

I suspect that I broke my left wrist as a consequence of a skateboard bail, but I never went to a doctor, now it makes cracking sounds everytime I make circles with my left hand.

I was given an "Official Booby Inspector" badge at a wet t-shirt contest 25 years ago and I still carry it around to render services when needed.

- I am Brazilian, but have fulfilled one of my dreams which was to live in England, have been here since 2017. Couldnt be happier. I am the worst Brazilian ever and I dislike most of what is related to my culture.
- I have a blind Jack Russel, she lost her sight with 2 years old due to a parasite infection in Brazil. Her eyes were removed 2 years ago. Before that a lot of people couldnt even realise she was blind. She's got the map of the house in her brain and does not trip or hit stuff.
- I was kidnapped twice in Brazil. Not once. Twice.
- My first videogame was an Atari 2600. Yep, I am old.
- I once slept one night on the bench inside the Harlem police department because I expelled from the YMCA I was staying in. Long story.
- I dont do drugs and probably never will after see what it does to some people, including some pretty close to me. Its nice most people can do drugs every now and them, but a % of people will get addicted and cause mayhem in their lives and the ones around them.
- I like physical media and I have a collection of around 800 cd's, which I was able to finally bring from Brazil. I refuse to buy online games.
- I had three girlfriends when I was 6 years old.
- If I could go back in time I would have studied Economics.
- Airplane! is the greatest movie ever.
